UGC NET 2024 RESULT DECLARED: Check your result now

UGC NET June 2024 result has been released.

National Testing Agency ( NTA ) conducted the UGC NET exam between 21 August to 4 September. Candidates can check their scorecard by visiting the official website of UGC NET ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

How to check UGC NET 2024 scorecard

  • First of all go to the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
  • After this click on тАШUGC-NET Result 2024тАЩ on the home page.
  • Fill in details like your application number and date of birth.
  • After this click on submit.
  • After this your result will open. Download it.

UGC NET Exam is held in 83 subjects

This exam was held in two shifts from 21 August to 4 September 2024. The exam is conducted in 83 subjects which include Hindi, English, Kannada, Odia, Marathi, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Tamil, Arabic, Linguistics, Nepali, Telugu, Urdu, Chinese, Dogri, Manipuri, Assamese, Gujarati, Persian, French, Spanish, Russian, Rajasthani, Library and Information Science and Mass Communication, Library and Journalism.

NTA released the UGC NET June 2024 result on Thursday for the first time in three categories.

A total of 11,21,225 candidates had registered for the UGC NET June exam 2024, out of which only 6,84,224 candidates appeared in the exam. Only 4,970 candidates have qualified for Junior Research Fellowship.

At the same time, a total of 53,694 candidates have passed the exam for Assistant Professor. A total of 1,12,070 candidates have qualified for PhD.

You can check the result by visiting the website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. To check the scorecard, candidates have to enter their application number and date of birth and submit.

Let us tell you that UGC NET June was conducted from 21 August to 5 September. The exam was conducted through CBT. The exam was conducted for 83 subjects. The exam was conducted in 280 cities across the country.

First of all, NTA released the final answer key. Soon after this, the result was also released. In the score card of the result, candidates can see with their percentile whether they have been selected for Assistant Professor, JRF or both or only PhD.
